Frequently asked questions

Does the AI send messages without me seeing them?

Only if you choose Live mode. In Shadow mode it drafts replies for you to review and nothing goes out without your approval. In Off mode it doesn't reply.

Can I step in and talk to the customer at any time?

Yes. Click Take over conversation, or simply reply yourself: the AI stops until you hand the conversation back.

Can I receive replies by SMS?

No. SMS in PingSales is send-only, ideal for reminders, notices and campaigns.
